Booking:

Booking is on a first-come first-served basis. Availability is sometimes limited so early booking is highly recommended. Once a spot is booked your retainer must be received within 5 days or the spot will be released for others to book. A spot is not confirmed until deposit has been received.

Payment:

Payment can be made online via debit or credit card. An invoice will be sent to you as soon as you confirm reading our policies. All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Cancellation:

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel the photo session. If that happens, we respectfully ask for your session to be cancelled as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to attend your scheduled session. All retainer fees will be non-refundable to make up for the potential business that could have booked in your place. If cancellation was not made with the photographer before your session time Megann Allen Photography has the right to refuse re-booking in the future. If CLIENT cancels, retainer fee is non-refundable and a new retainer fee will be due to book with Megann Allen Photography again. 

 

Megann Allen Photography has the right to cancel your session if, in the opinion of the PHOTOGRAPHER, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of a portrait meeting the artistic standards of the PHOTOGRAPHER.If Megann Allen Photography cannot perform duties due to weather, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, or any other reasoning, then the Photographer shall refund the paid deposit fee to the Client. Clients are also welcome to use the deposit to reschedule for another date and time. I am a wife and mother and these duties will always come before work. I make every effort to not cancel, but things do come up.
